Butterfly, Push, Save
- Goalie is in the crease and squared up to the puck in the middle
- Coach bangs stick
- Goalie butterflies and pushes over to make the save
- Do 10 shots, both sides
- Repeat 2 - 3 times
Slide Over Get Up
- Slide over get up, continuous in the circle
- Start on the hash mark, finish on the opposite hashmark (half of the circle)
- Repeat 2 - 3 times
