Off Ice Videos
There are so many things that you need to be doing off the ice if you want to become the best goaltender, you can be. Playing goalie is very hard on our bodies so we need to be going above and beyond with the things that we’re doing from an off standpoint to make sure that we don’t have restrictions later in our life because we didn’t take care of our body properly.
I am living proof of this. I had double hip surgery at 21. I didn’t do all the extra things that I should’ve been doing and I paid the price for it. I still deal with sore hips and groins waking up every single day. And let me tell you first hand waking up being in pain every day sucks. In these videos were going over everything from proper off ice warm ups, daily stretching and mobility, working out off the ice, sleep habits, and many other things that will help you maximize your potential both on and off the ice.
Live Coaching Calls
Monthly live coaching calls with Coach Wapps and Coach Beans. The calls are designed for goalies, parents, and coaches to bring any questions or issues they may be having and get direct feedback from our coaches. All calls will be recorded so if you can't make the live call you can submit questions and watch the replay afterwards.

You will get access to our private goalie community where you can get immediate feedback on questions, issues, or concerns. This is an inclusive community designed to help goalies of all ages, parents and coaches get access to qualified goalie coaches to help them become better.Â

I'm Daniel Wapple, better known as Coach Wapps.
I was lucky enough to play 4 years in the WHL, however, I never took care of my body growing up which unfortunately led to career-ending double hip surgery.
I have been coaching goalies for 7 years.
There is a lack of proper resources for minor hockey goaltenders, so I build online programs at a price everyone can afford.Â
I design my online programs based on my years of experience from my playing and coaching career.
